Harvard’s Leading Antisemite

Elom has been charged with assault of Israeli student, Yoav Segev

Elom Tettey-Tamaklo is a student at Harvard Divinity School. He worked as a Harvard proctor, advising first-year students and living in their dorms.

Elom has been charged with assault and battery for reportedly assaulting a Jewish student. He received 80 hours of community service.

Two weeks after Hamas invaded Israel, killing 1,200 people and kidnapping 250 more, Elom Tettey-Tamaklo surrounded another student, an Israeli named Yoav Segev, repeatedly screaming “Shame!” in his face, blocking his path, and forcing him to leave a part of campus that he was entitled to be in just as much as they were, according to the Free Press’s review of the incident.

“Please don’t grab me,” said Segev. “I’m not grabbing anyone. Don’t grab me!”

Footage of the viral confrontation is available here:

Elom Tettey-Tamaklo was charged with misdemeanor assault and battery. He was ordered to perform 80 hours of community service, complete an in-person anger management class, and take a negotiation class at Harvard.

Instead of being punished, Elom Tettey-Tamaklo will graduate from Harvard with honors and accolades.

After the incident, according to the Free Press, Tettey-Tamaklo read a poem during an online event called “Lessons from Liberation Theology in Times of Genocide,” sponsored by the Kairos Center for Religions, Rights, and Social Justice.

The poem reportedly read, in part, “At the end of history there shall be no pardon left for you, you brood of vipers, you who siphon the lifeblood of the innocent and intoxicate yourselves with it. You dangerous death doulas who curse God by dishonoring humanity […]. May your blood be viscous as theirs, and may your faith resemble theirs. Weep for yourselves, for God has closed his ears towards your wicked souls.”

Leading Antisemitism at Harvard

Thirty-four student groups at Harvard University signed a joint letter saying Israel was “entirely responsible” for the attack by Hamas that left 1,200 dead and at least 2,700 wounded.

Elom Tettey-Tamaklo is a leader of an organization that signed this hateful, antisemitic letter.

That’s right. They believe that the Israelis are to blame for the terroristic attacks by Hamas, and this represents the “best” of Harvard University.

The letter initially contained the names of the groups who signed the letter, but after widespread backlash, it was amended to say, “This statement was co-authored by a coalition of Palestine solidarity groups at Harvard. For student safety, the names of all original signing organizations have been concealed at this time.”
